Bubba and Bear is named for our two children — the ones who inspired us to look harder at what we were putting on their little bodies, and to build something better.

We started this shop because we kept running into the same problem: the clothing that was beautiful enough to photograph was too precious to actually wear, and the clothing that was practical enough for everyday life was too generic to love. We wanted both.

We wanted pieces that could go from the church pew to the backyard without missing a beat — things made from real fabrics, in colors that don't shout, with details that feel intentional.

Every item in our shop is hand-selected from US-based suppliers we trust. We don't carry anything we wouldn't put on our own kids. We believe in heirloom quality at real-world prices, in organic fabrics when it matters, and in the kind of classic design that photographs beautifully at every age.
